This is the Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association (MDHA) Internet Privacy Statement. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for www.mdha.org.

Information Collection and Use
The MDHA is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways other than those outlined in this statement. The MDHA collects information from our users on our Web site. Personal info provided by users will be used by the MDHA for registration for conferences, but information which identifies a specific individual will not be disclosed to others without the user’s permission unless necessary to provide services which the user has requested.

Registration
It is optional for a user to complete a registration form. If a user chooses to complete one, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide additional demographic information (such school attended), but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Sharing
We will share aggregate information with our sponsors. This aggregate information does not contain personally identifiable information and therefore cannot identify any specific individual. We partner with other parties to provide specific services such as a secured site for financial transactions. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services, with the permission of the user. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Only MDHA officers and board members who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., our Treasurer) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
